Xela & Caspar married at St Stephens in Hampstead, a deconsecrated church that you can hold the entire party in and an amazing space. They said ‘I do’ and partied in the same place, filling the day with amazing food, delicious drinks and general silliness, as well as the warmth of all their family and friends. They dispensed with traditions that didn’t suit them, and added in ones that did; Like Caspar stopping the first dance after 30 seconds, and going over to the grand Piano and signing a song for Xela.
Not to mention that they cheekily tried to get me drunk after their engagement session back in the summer.
They also asked whether I could make a time lapse of their day – I’m often up for trying new things and for pushing myself, and the below video, a wedding in three minutes is the result. Made up of over 4000 individual frames shot on an interval timer on a camera over the day – it’s a stop motion/time lapse hybrid. Enjoy!
Thanks are due to Kat, for second shooting for me.
