Liz and David got married at St Luke’s Church in Battersea and then onto Skinners Hall in the middle of The City; it was a beautifully sunny October day, more like May than the middle of Autumn.
Liz looked gorgeous in her beautiful Jenny Packham dress, and David looked pretty damn dapper too. It was, as always, a pleasure to work with Mark Brown films again, and I can’t wait to see what the final film looks like.
With heartfelt speeches that left nary a dry eye in the room, and a heaving dance floor, as well as beautiful letterpresses stationary and florals pulled together by a team of willing helpers – this was a perfect Autumn wedding. The hall is a bit of hidden gem – tucked away at 8 1/2 Dowgate Hill, just round the corner from Canon Street station it has a huge number of terraces, rooms and big spaces, it has a grand feel that you’d never guess from passing on the street.
Getting to know Liz and David a little bit more having spent some time with them during their engagement shoot (which you can see here) meant that I fell a little bit in love with them and their wonderful families. Anyway, that’s enough rambling from me, here’s some shots from their big day.
