Jess & Craig are awesome, and I think I might be a bit in love with them both. Not only are they both ridiculously gorgeous, but Jess is a talented print designer with amazing taste. Their home is so beautifully curated that I could just move in…
When I first met the two of them, before their big day she told me that she’d felt the pressure, because of what she does, for things to be kind of Pinterest worthy when what they wanted was a big old party. I think they actually succeeded on both fronts, not only did everyone have a rollickin’ good time but it was a bit of a visual treat too. Jess kind of made her own dress, purchased originally online she added beading, lace and pearls; changed the shape of the bodice; dyed it with tea, bleached it out again and changed zips; much to her mother’s chargrin.
Jess got ready with her besties at home, before heading out to Warwick’s Lord Leycester Hospital (only a hospital in the Chelsea Pensioner sense of the word) where Craig was waiting and they said ‘I do’. The party then moved to Hatton Village Hall where they ate, drank and danced. Instead of a first dance they got everyone on the dancefloor to their band’s rendition of the Wannadies ‘You & Me Song’ where much pogo’ing ensued. A perfect end to a fantastic day.
Jess & Craig – you were fab!
