Chateau Rigaud Wedding Photography

I had such an amazing time  at Sarah and Nigel’s wedding – it wasn’t just the beautiful Chateau (I could harp on about this at considerable length but suffice to say I loved every aspect of it, and the staff are fab) the glorious weather which was an escape from the UK’s October gloom but how fabulous each one of their friends and family were – I went out on the Thursday to document their legal ceremony at the Mairie, and got to know their family, before meeting more of their friends on Friday night at dinner and drinking some local wines! On Saturday I witnessed two people say their vows, under the dappled shade of an old tree in the courtyard as tree frogs chirped, planes high up streaked cloud trails in the sky  and all their friends and families looked on. We felt the sun on our faces and heard the peace and quiet that comes with really escaping somewhere new. It really feels like cheating that I get to call this work.

Such a wonderful, relaxed day  – thank you so much to everyone for making me feel like one of you for the weekend. Especial big thanks to Vida at Girondes Chambres for looking after me so well during my time in France!
