Cotswolds wedding photography
Gemma and Clare got married on halloween (although there was nothing spooky about their beautiful day) on a glorious sunny day in the Cotswolds. After getting ready, and portraits in the glorious Bourton-on-the-Water (I love the fact my job takes me to so many gorgeous parts of the UK). They said their vows in a beautiful outdoor ceremony at Abbey Home Farm, an organic farm shop, glamping site, farm and general gorgeous place to get married. Everything served is organic, and delicious, and it;s filled with the wonderful heat from wood burning stoves.
They danced their first dance to “Hoots Mon” (which you might know as the song that goes “There’s a Moose Loose Aboot This Hoose”), cried at some of the most genuine speeches I’ve ever heard, shared lots of kisses in the beautiful low autumn sun and danced the conga round the venue.
Getting to know these two, and spend time with them and their families, was such a treat.
We treated the day in a slightly topsy turvy manner, shooting their family photos and portraits before the ceremony, making the most of the light, and meaning there was nothing to do afterwards but party. *insert heart eyes emoji*
