How much of a crush do I have on Sian’s bridal style? Lightning heeled Prada pumps, those effortless platinum waves and flowers by the epic My Lady Garden. Happening straight after all Covid restrictions were relaxed in England, it was a joy to see a full dance floor, the return of hugs and fun times. Enjoy this super cool London wedding!

A wedding ceremony at Islington Town Hall

Sian got ready at The Hoxton in Shoreditch – a perfect location with its blend of moody interiors and huge windows that flood the rooms with natural light, with hair and makeup from the team at Portraits Bridal. A pink Cadillac took Sian to Islington Town Hall with her Dad, and then whisked her and Auto off to The Depot for the reception (with me in the front on the way to take some photos of the two of them! As an aside I recommend allowing plenty of time to get from A to B if you do hire a Cadillac or similar vintage long American car – North London’s width restrictions and speed bumps are not your friend!)

The Depot is one of my favourite London venues to head to after a wedding at Islington Town Hall.  It’s huge, which means you can have seperate areas for mingling and drinks, eating and then dancing too. And it’s industrial, warehousey feel means you get the Warehouse wedding look but with all the benefits of in house co-ordination and food. And not to mention their little courtyard area is awesome.
