A London Winter Wedding – Amy & Ollie

100 Barrington Wedding Photography

With a ceremony at Asylum Chapel

When Louise Perry, who I had previously worked with on a wedding back aaages ago, got in touch about a couple who were getting married at Asylum Arts and 100 Barrington, I was pretty excited. Not only is she Planner Extraordinaire but they are some of my absolute favourite London venues. In fact I’m lucky in that it will be the first of a few visits to Asylum this year back in my old neighbourhood of Peckham.

Anyway, I digress… From the first time I met Amy & Ollie, I knew I wanted to work with them, despite how awkward and jolted Skype meetings could be, and I crossed everything that they felt the same. It turned out they did – yay! Happy dance etc.

The day itself was a calvacade of fun, with ever-so-slightly too much prosecco, mixed with Sloe Gin leading to some raucous guest behaviour – bus sing alongs and conga lines, which was captured by Libby who came along to second shoot for the day. There was also, in no particular order – face painting, gorgeous blooms, glittery table decorations, a rather awesome band, sparkler toasts and guests serving the dinner in rather fetching flowery pinnies.
