A Norwich couple shoot

Amy got in touch a week or so before her and Paul’s 10th wedding anniversary (funnily enough, they got married the day before us) and wondered if I’d be interested in taking some photos for them at some of the spots where they had their original wedding photos, in Norwich city centre. I thought it sounded fun, but sure enough, as these things tend to, it grew legs. Before long there were incredible headpieces and Urban Jungle Norfolk as our leafy, tropical location for the first half of shoot.

Amy is better known as Flamingo Amy, and is the doyenne of the bridal and retro hair scene in pretty much all of East Anglia – literally people book her to do their hair on their big day before almost anything else.

Anyway, I had mega fun doing this – Urban Jungle is one of my favourite places and makes me long to be green fingered (i’ve bought some incredible things from there, but never succeeded in looking after any of them properly) and I love the opportunity to show my home town off so wonderfully on camera.
